1. Personalised Product
   All songs are custom-created based on the information you provide. Because each song is personalised, results may vary depending on the details submitted in your order form.

2. Creative Process
   Your song is created using advanced music tools combined with human creativity and curation. Each song is crafted from the story and details you provide.

3. Delivery Time
   Standard delivery is within 72 hours after we receive your completed order details form.

Priority delivery options may be available as add-ons.

4. Revisions
   Depending on the package purchased, a revision may be requested. Additional revisions can be purchased as an add-on.

5. Customer Responsibility
   You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the order form. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information may affect delivery time.

6. Usage Rights
   Once your personalised song has been delivered, you are free to use it for personal purposes. This includes sharing it with family and friends, posting it on social media, or using it for personal memories and celebrations.
