Due to the personalised nature of our products, all sales are final.

Each song is custom-created based on the details provided by the customer. Because of this, we do not offer refunds once work has begun or the song has been delivered.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it. In some cases, a revision may be offered.

Refunds may only be considered if the order has not yet entered the production process.
